What is the Colleague Rewards Card?
The Colleague Rewards Card is a new benefit for all colleagues who are over 18, giving you 15% off food and drink in any of our Just Add Talent (JAT) pubs across the UK. The discount applies to the first £50 of the total transaction value (meaning the maximum discount available is £7.50). Any amount above £50 will be charged at full price.
Why are we introducing this benefit?
We want to reward colleagues and encourage everyone to enjoy our pubs. This follows successful trials at The Plough in Hereford and Britons Protection in Manchester, where colleagues told us how valuable and easy the discount was to use.
Where can I use the card?
You can use your card in any Just Add Talent pub. We currently have 240 JAT pubs, and we’re aiming to grow the estate to 250 by the end of the year.
How much discount do I get?
Your card gives you 15% off food and drink every time you visit a Just Add Talent pub.
When will I receive my card?
Cards are available to collect from one of the HEINEKEN UK locations. Please speak to the main reception area and they will distribute the cards. Cards are not there to be just taken. All colleagues must ensure they provide their name, colleague Heineken.co.uk email address as well as Heineken Colleague I.D. (For Example: LynchJ02)
Do I need to activate the card?
Activation is done via the Colleague Rewards Card Website – Colleague Rewards – Exclusive Discounts Colleague will activate by using their Heineken.co.uk email address
Can I use the discount for friends or family?
Yes – as long as you are present and making the purchase. The discount cannot be used if you are not with the group.
Can I use the card with other offers?
The Rewards Scheme discount may be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, set menus and discounted items, unless stated otherwise. However, the Rewards Scheme discount cannot be used in conjunction with a Pub Perks Card. Please refer to Full Ts&Cs for more information.
Does the card work in leased or managed pubs?
No – the card is valid only in Just Add Talent pubs.
Why only Just Add Talent pubs?
The Just Add Talent model allows us to offer a consistent, centrally managed discount that works operationally across the estate.
What if I lose my card?
If your card is lost or damaged, you will need to collect a new card and then email justaddtalentcolleaguerewards@starpubs.co.uk – your details will be transferred over to your new card and then your new card will then be activated.
Do new starters get a card?
Yes. All new colleagues will receive a card as part of their onboarding pack. This will be arranged by Line Manager or new colleague can follow the same process as other colleagues by collecting at their nearest Heineken Location.
Is there a limit to how often I can use it? The Ts&Cs confirm that the card can only be used for one transaction per day so suggest the answer reflects this.
